1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Locations
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK and Ireland. Any shipments outside of these areas are subject to individual requests.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Retro Shirt Shipping Policy

This Zero Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of Teamkits.com products. Unless a product is determined to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, all sales are considered final and may not be returned.
2. No Returns for Non-Faulty Items:
Retro Shirt will not accept returns for products that are not faulty. All sales are final, and once the transaction is completed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for bespoke or personalised items.
3. Faulty Item Returns:
a. Definition: A "faulty" item refers to a product that has a manufacturing defect that affects its performance, appearance, or functionality.
b. Return Process: If you believe your purchased item is faulty:
i. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product, providing detailed information about the fault and proof of purchase.
ii. Once approved, follow the provided instructions to return the item.
c. Inspection: Upon receipt, the product will be inspected by our team. If the item is determined to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, appropriate remedies such as replacement or refund will be provided.
d. Return Shipping: If the item is confirmed to be faulty, Hummel Teamwear will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is found to be non-faulty, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
4. Exceptions:
Retro Shirt reserves the right to determine, on a case-by-case basis, exceptions to this policy. Such exceptions may be based on special promotional periods, customer relationships, or other unique circumstances.
5. Rights & Responsibilities:
The customer is responsible for inspecting their order upon receipt and must notify Hummel Teamwear immediately if they suspect their product is faulty.
